Contemporary styling and functional sleeping space are combined in this wonderful bunk bed from Powell Company®. The top twin size bed and lower full size futon bed are great for siblings, sleepovers and story time. Designed and engineered with safety in mind, the futon bunk bed has heavy gauge 3" diameter metal tubing, full-length guardrails and a sturdy welded metal slat system for mattress support. Ladders are integrated on each side of the bed. Uses a standard twin size mattress and full size futon mattress (sold separately). Only use a twin size mattress that is 74-75" long and 37.5-38.5" wide on the upper bunk. This bunk bed is tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory to meet all minimum requirements of ASTM F1427-04 and U.S. CFR Title 16 Part 1513. Maximum total weight is not to exceed 300 lbs. on the upper bunk. Some assembly required.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to determine if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If damage during shipping is discovered after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.
